Trek is designed for someone who has experience with tracking and a solid training base. Someone who is familiar with what they're doing but some tweaks would be beneficial. Essentially, there is no long term commitment to this package.
Ascend is designed for those who really want to commit to changes, someone who's just getting started, or wants to improve their performance and health. If you're someone who needs accountability to be successful, this is a great place to start. This package provides the tools you need to see the changes you desire.
Summit is the whole package! You'll receive everything from the other packages, with a bit more guidance and connection to your coach. This is really for any level athlete- I always meet my clients where they're at.

If you move your body in any intentional way, follow a program, or compete at any level, I consider you an athlete. Whether you're a back of the pack runner or someone who enjoys their leisurely hikes on the weekends, proper and adequate nutrition can benefit your experience.
While my community focus is active individuals, I do also work with people who are looking to improve their wellbeing, relationship with their body and food, and improving health.

Check in's will be done through a software (Apotheo) and catered to you and your goals. There will be questions about lifestyle factors as well as nutrition and exercise questions.
Having these on a weekly basis helps me see your progress so I can coach you through any challenges and celebrate your successes! But, they also help you see your progress over the weeks in an objective way.

This is not a requirement to work with us, but food logs in some capacity, will be beneficial to your progress. Our work is individualized based on your lifestyle and choices. Some people keep written logs and others use tracking apps.
Tracking is a tool that is used to ensure adequate nutrition (among other things), and is not meant to be used in a restrictive way.

I hate to break it to you, but meal plans don't work in a sustainable way. I would rather teach you how to eat, than what to eat.
My job as a coach is to empower you with the knowledge to learn through this process and reap the benefits of our work together. You won't be receiving a meal plan, but you will get resources and tools to help you successfully plan and prep.
I wouldn't be doing my job if you had to keep me around forever!
